WHY IT WORKS: Trades on shame-confession trust — woman admitting an embarrassing physical state earns instant audience permission. Bypasses ad-skepticism filter. Pairs with TOFU cold traffic.

RISK: Body-image-trauma backlash if specific weight/dress-size numbers used. Stay with abstracted bodily sensations.

T2 — Anti-diet swap reveal

PATTERN: "Swap [familiar bad thing] for [Mirra] → [outcome]"

WHY IT WORKS: Low-cognitive-load framing — viewer doesn't have to imagine new behavior, just substitution. Mirra's "Swap This For This" is its proven 10/10 VLM winner.

T3 — Single-variable transformation

PATTERN: "All I changed was [one tiny thing] · [outcome]"

WHY IT WORKS: Removes overwhelm. Most diet ads stack 7 commitments — Mirra removes 6. The single-variable promise is irresistible to decision-fatigued buyers.

WHY IT WORKS: Concrete > abstract. "Pants getting looser" beats "weight loss" by 4-7x in conversion (Mirofish projection). Embodied victories trigger mirror-neuron self-projection.

T6 — Inventory stack

WHY IT WORKS: Compresses entire offer into 1 line for rational MOFU buyer. The 5-slot stack matches every objection. Use AS STATIC IMAGE OVERLAY on hero shots.

T7 — Category-coining

PATTERN: "[Familiar word] + [diet/health modifier] = new compressed category"
"diet bento" — not "diet meal" or "bento"
"plant-based slimming meals" — not "plant-based diet"

WHY IT WORKS: A new compressed-category word makes Mirra the default mental shortcut for the entire category. "Diet bento" is Mirra-coined. Use everywhere.

T8 — Anti-tradeoff frame

PATTERN: "Finally, [good thing] that [contradictory good thing]"
"Finally, Healthy That Tastes Good"
"plant-based but tastes like the real thing"

WHY IT WORKS: Most diet buyers carry a "you can have X OR Y, not both" mental model. Anti-tradeoff dissolves it. Headline-first usage on landing page hero.
